Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Biosphere platform, local worker integration, scientific workflows, and generated outputs.
1. Intended use
Biosphere is intended for computational biology, chemistry, and workflow orchestration use cases. Operators are responsible for validating outputs before using them in scientific, regulatory, medical, or commercial decisions.
2. Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding their credentials. Administrators are responsible for assigning roles correctly and for controlling access to local workers, billing, and deployment secrets.
3. Scientific responsibility
Workflow results, docking scores, molecular dynamics outputs, and free-energy calculations are computational artifacts. They do not replace independent scientific review, reproducibility checks, or experimental validation.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to bypass quotas, abuse shared compute, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to services, data, or local workers. Local worker pairing and API secrets must only be used within trusted environments.
5. Billing and credits
If your deployment uses managed billing, credits and purchases are governed by the platform configuration active in that deployment. Operators should verify payment webhook configuration, credit reservation rules, and audit trails before going live.
6. Availability and changes
Biosphere may change internal workflows, validation paths, storage policies, and orchestration behavior as the platform evolves. Deployment owners are responsible for release management and schema updates in their own environments.
7. Operator responsibility
If you deploy Biosphere for a lab, institution, or company, you are responsible for publishing the final legal language, retention rules, contact details, and any regulatory obligations that apply in your jurisdiction.
